One drawback of the Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk is that extended use affects his body temperature. Todoroki's powers allow him to alter the temperatures of his environment, instantly freezing objects or creating massive ice crystals with his right hand, or shooting flames from his left.

Of course I can't take all the credit because if it wasn't for a member on Dragoart, I probably wouldn't have drawn him at all in this tiny but wide form. Even though this version of Rudolf is a bit odd looking, I still think that drawing him was a good idea.
The only small thing on him is his small red colored nose. This lesson was drawn out of pure silliness, which is why he looks a little overweight.
